After the short break :), I am back with another (imho) exciting and complex methodology for controling the chaos - aka software development.
If you want to know deatails, check this: http://www.controlchaos.com/
Further, this is also quite nice blog (only in czech) http://www.jirifabian.net/wordpress/?p=135 about the Scrum Personally.

Six Sigma
Posledni dobou se velice zajimam o aplikaci "metodiky" Six Sigma. Na internetu koluje spousta zajimavych prehledu:

The Six Sigma model is a highly disciplined approach that helps companies focus on developing and delivering near-perfect products and services. It is based on the statistical work of Joseph Juran, a Rumanian-born US pioneer of quality management. The word "Sigma" is a Greek letter used for a statistical term that measures how far a given process deviates from perfection (standards deviation). The higher the sigma number, the closer to perfection. One sigma is not very good, six sigma means only 3.4 defects per million. The central idea behind
Six Sigma is that if you can measure how many "defects" you have in a process, you can systematically figure out how to eliminate them and get as close to "zero defects" as possible.

The Japanese origin of Six Sigma can still be seen by the system of "belts" it uses. If you are a newbie and go on a basic training, you get a green belt. Anyone who has the responsibility for leading a Six Sigma team is called a black belt. Finally there is a special elite group called Master Black Belts who supervise the Black Belts.

My LinkedIn account
I really like this stuff!! LinkedIn is an online network of more than 17 million experienced professionals from around the world, representing 150 industries.
When you join, you create a profile that summarizes your professional accomplishments. Your profile helps you find and be found by former colleagues, clients, and partners. You can add more connections by inviting trusted contacts to join LinkedIn and connect to you.
Your network consists of your connections, your connections’ connections, and the people they know, linking you to thousands of qualified professionals.

Phd. on the way
SCIgen is a program that generates random Computer Science research papers, including graphs, figures, and citations. It uses a hand-written context-free grammar to form all elements of the papers. Their aim overthere is to maximize amusement, rather than coherence.
One useful purpose for such a program is to auto-generate submissions to conferences that you suspect might have very low submission standards.
If you want to create your own Computer Science research papers, just follow these link:

For another text "or whatever" generators follow this link:
